how it goes

One seat, and nothing to type. When you sit down, the seat tells you in words, never in numbers, how long ago the last one stood up. While you sit, nothing happens, and you can stay as long as you like. When you stand up, your warmth stays in the seat for whoever comes next.

The room keeps one moment: when someone last stood up, or, while someone sits, when it would let them go, with the ticket that lets them stand. Nothing else: no name, no words, no address, no count. If someone is sitting when you come, it says so, and you can wait, or come back. Not sitting is a whole visit.
